Once your order is received, our design team will review your requirements and contact you to confirm the details. We will create a design mockup for approval, discuss materials, colors, sizing, and any personalization such as logos, embroidery, or patches. After your approval, the jacket will move into production.

Shipping & Delivery
Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Standard shipping: $6.99 USD, or free on orders of $69 USD or more.
Estimated transit time: 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.
Delivery coverage: We ship only to the destinations currently supported at checkout. We do not offer worldwide shipping.
Tracking: When tracking is available, the details will be sent to the email address used for your order. Tracking may take several business days to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Duties and taxes: Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, so applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price.

Returns & Refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Return approval is required before shipping the item back.
For a change of mind or the wrong size ordered, you pay return shipping. Ealega covers reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.
